Documentation is also included in the package.
Just put the XPUIPC plugin and the XPUIPCOffsets.cfg into the X-Plane\Resources\plugins folder.
If you use a networked configuration you have to put the XPWideClient.exe (included in the package) on the client PC.
After that you have to configure the XPWideClient.ini with the IP adress of your server PC where X-Plane is running with the XPUIPC plugin.
You can use it for your own risk !!
